Guests arrive into the Ground Floor reception space ideal for welcome drinks, registration and lounge areas for up to 750 people. The reception space comprises of an elegantly designed bar with marble top and brass frontage, cloakroom facilities and four additional rooms for organisers, production, press areas or live broadcasting.
Two grand staircases lead guests up to the main event space boasting 16 metres high ceilings, clear sightlines and large arched windows to allow for plenty of natural daylight, providing a true sense of grandeur as guests take their seats. After careful restoration, the venue offers a striking polished concrete floor, original heritage features and an art deco interior finish.
Exhibition London’s in-house production partner can provide a state-of-the-art sound and lighting rig plus flexible staging options. The venue can offer both an impressive plug and play option as well as producing bespoke branded production and design.
The venue includes two beautifully designed bars and kitchen facilities operated by our exclusive catering partner Create. Menus will change seasonally and can be tailored to your guests’ needs and requirements, drink and catering packages are also available to simplify the event booking process.
Exhibition London is located at the heart of the Westfield London development with excellent transport links and is serviced by London Underground (Central, Circle and Hammersmith and City Lines) within 2 minutes walk, London Overground and National Rail are just 5 minutes walk plus multiple bus routes and a dedicated taxi rank.

The Box Office is located on the Ground Floor. There is a professional, in-house box office and guest list team to cater for all event types.

With a strong technical in-house offering of pre-installed rigging, lighting, sound, cable infrastructure, staging and drapes which can easily be added or adapted to curate your show or event.

Working in partnership with Westfield London, there is incredible opportunities to boost brand awareness through high impact media and event locations across the shopping centre and surrounding areas.
The venue has a fully functioning kitchen on the Ground Floor. We work with one of the industry’s leading caterers, Create who are at the forefront of the London events world.
