Located in White City, West London, Exhibition London is a collaborative project from venue specialists Broadwick Venues and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

Named after its proximity to the site of the Franco British Exhibition of 1908, Exhibition London is housed inside the repurposed, Grade II listed Dimco East building, a striking Victorian structure completed in 1899 and was originally built as an electricity generating station for the Central London Railways.

Exhibition London is an exceptional Grade II listed building. Spanning two floors of 1,271 square metres of usable event space with double height ceilings, featuring luxury bespoke interior design set against original heritage features, Exhibition London provides a true sense of grandeur from the moment you enter the venue.

With an elegant reception space featuring two inbuilt bars, cloakroom facilities and green rooms, the venue creates a spectacular backdrop to host conferences, boutique exhibitions, award dinners, product launches, location filming and high-profile music events.

Guests arrive into 496 sq metres of impressive foyer and reception space, featuring a long, beautifully crafted bar topped with marble and antique brass frontage, classic Obsidian Green panelled walls, polished concrete floor, atmospheric decorative lighting and timber and brass finishings.

The Ground Floor provides cloakroom and WC facilities, alongside four additional areas that can be used as green rooms, dressing rooms or production offices, all with direct access to the First Floor stage area.

The foyer is an ideal space to host a pre-dinner drinks reception, informal catering or break out sessions. It can also work seamlessly as an extension to the First Floor, for larger exhibitions and events.

First Floor

Two stunning, glossy black steel staircases open directly into 775 sq metres of main event space. As guests enter the room, they will be wowed by the original high pitched ceiling with exposed roof trusses, original crane structure, polished concrete flooring, brass finishings and decorative lighting. Servicing the main events area are two beautiful bars; one fixed and one movable, both crafted from reclaimed timber, zinc and antique brass.

The First Floor features an open plan layout allowing for multiple room configurations. Our in-house production partner can also provide a digital audio system specified for live music, providing spectacular sound and acoustics as well as a high-end lighting rig, both of which will be available for events as a plug and play option*.

Exhibition London is a beautiful Grade II listed building, spanning two floors with 1,271 square metres of usable event space. The venue can host everything from international awards ceremonies and gala dinners to after-party celebrations and late night entertainment for circa 2,000 guests.

Guests arrive into the Ground Floor reception space, ideal for welcome drinks, registration and lounge areas for up to 750 people. The reception space comprises of an elegantly designed bar with marble top and brass frontage, cloakroom facilities and four additional rooms for organisers, production, press areas or live broadcasting.

Two grand staircases lead guests up to the main event space, boasting 16m high ceilings, clear sight lines and large arched windows to allow for plenty of natural light, providing a true sense of grandeur as guests take their seats. After careful restoration, the venue offers a striking polished concrete floor, original heritage features and an art deco interior finish.

Exhibition London’s in house production partner can provide a state-of-the-art sound and lighting rig plus flexible staging options. The venue can offer both an impressive plug and play option as well as producing bespoke branded production and design.

The venue includes two beautifully designed bars and kitchen facilities operated by our exclusive catering partner Create. Menus will change seasonally and can be tailored to your guests' needs and requirements, with drinks and catering packages also available to simplify the event booking process.

The Ground Floor also includes a large cloakroom, generous toilet facilities, accessible WC and lift, built in kitchen and bar, plus four additional back of house rooms which can be used for VIP green rooms or organiser offices - a real plus for all of our clients who often use these spaces for small meetings, guest interviews or simply extra storage.

This floor also includes a large loading area suitable for one articulated lorry, with easy access loading doors and goods lift conveniently located just steps away.

The Ground Floor event space itself provides 496 sq metres of usable event space and is ideal for registration, catering and breakout space.

Our loading bay can accommodate one articulated lorry and we also offer two holding bays within the Westfield mall so large loads are made easy. Our loading bay doors measure W 4m x H 2.11m and are conveniently located directly beside the sizeable goods lift measuring W: 2.8m x D: 2.96m x H: 2m.

The Ground Floor is a perfect reception space for welcome drinks and canapes. This area can also be divided to create food stations, child care or quiet zones.

Our in-house caterer can prepare a delicious, kosher friendly menu, from whimsical canapes to sumptuous three course dinners. We also work closely with kosher cuisine specialists.
